We offer the coordination of cleaning services after each guest stay to return the property to a ready state for it’s next booking.

Restock & Replenishment

After guests have vacated the property we will take inventory of the consumable amenities and will restock & replenish them.

Handyman Coordination

Should your home or property require maintenance or repairs, we will happily coordinate the proper services to do so.

Landscape Services

We set up and manage monthly house landscaping and standard yard cleanings to ensure your house is on point for your guests.

Spa + Pool Servicing

We coordinate your spa + pool cleans with our local spa servicing companies to keep your water blue and clean and your guests happy!

 Beverage Services

Coffee

Hi-Dez MGMT works directly with Joshua Tree Coffee Company to stock your property with great local coffee for your guests. Another way that you can enrich your guests' stay and desert experience. 

Wine & Champagne

We will incorporate hand selected wines from our local loved wine shop, Wine & Rock, as part of your property’s restock after each guest turnover. This is a simple yet highly effective way to go above and beyond for your guests.
